At Alpha Aminos, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides and to maintain the highest safety and quality standards, we have established the following return and refund policy.
Eligible for Returns
Unopened Products
Products in original, sealed packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery
Damaged Products
Products damaged during shipping (report within 48 hours with photos)
Incorrect Orders
If we shipped the wrong product, we'll send the correct one at no charge
Quality Issues
Products that don't meet our purity standards (verified by COA)
Not Eligible for Returns
Opened Products
Once a product seal is broken, it cannot be returned for safety reasons
Products Past 30 Days
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
Improperly Stored Products
Products that were not stored according to guidelines
Buyer's Remorse
Change of mind after opening is not eligible for return
How to Request a Return
Contact Support
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if applicable.
Receive Authorization
We'll review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 1-2 business days if approved.
Ship the Product
Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship to the address provided. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please:
- Request a return for the original product
- Place a new order for the desired product

Important Notice
All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny refunds for products that show signs of tampering, improper storage, or use. Fraudulent return claims may result in account suspension and legal action.
